Marriage Enrichment Formation Program
Vision Statement. We, the members of the Marriage Enrichment Formation Program, envision ourselves as a faith community of married couples who live with God as the center of our lives, profess loyalty and obedience to the teachings of the Catholic Church, live and witness to our commitments in the sacrament of marriage, and affirm our duty to be of service to others as we journey together towards a spiritual renewal of our lives in bringing about God’s kingdom on earth.
Mission Statement. • To evangelize married couples based on the gospel values and according to the teachings of the Catholic Church;• To conduct regular Marriage Enrichment Weekends;• To sponsor programs that will enhance spiritual and moral growth in the families such as, but not limited to: renewal programs, retreats and seminars, small faith-sharing communities (SFC), prayer meetings, etc.;
• To sponsor activities that will help and strengthen the family as a unit allowing parents and children to be united in God’s love;
• To reach out to the poor, the sick, the hungry, the imprisoned, the lonely, the homeless, the abused and the oppressed; and
• To promote priestly and religious vocations in the family.
